It sounds to me that Bridget had an awesome meet. Jana fell on bars (that'll hurt BIG TIME.), so I can pray that Bridget will get the spot now. :)

Chellsie apparently got whiplash after her double lay on floor. She sat out vault and bars, but came back to do a great beam set for a 15.9.

Mattie seemed to hit. Hopefully she'll get an alternate spot... I don't see any way that she'll get that sixth spot, but alternate would be awesome for her first try!

The team will be named on Sunday. I'll be waiting. :)P

I THINK I JUST DIED A LITTLE INSIDE.

I was just surfing through youtube... I came across a montage by ClayBabe6 that was called "I Will Remember You"... so I clicked on it.

The info said that SHAYLA BROKE HER LEG. AT SELECTION CAMP.

Apparantly (I found this in a comment, so take it for what it's worth) she was doing a turn on beam and something just popped. Wow. That poor girl just can't get a break.

This obviously means that her Olympic dream is being cut short. Much as I dislike her, I can't help but feel bad. :/

Because we're being COMPLETELY uninformed of what is going on at the camp. Boo.

They aren't going to tell us anything until the team is named. BOO.

I'm SO SO Sorry!

I'm well aware that I haven't posted since June 19th, but please understand that things have gotten slightly crazy. This summer has been completely nutty so far, with the trip to Philly, which was AMAZING, gymnastics camp, and everything else. I know that there's no excuse, but just bear with me here. I promise you that in the lead-up to Beijing, you'll see all the news here first.

Well... besides on USAG.com... they tend to post there first. But that's beside the point! :)P

I'm working on the July layout as we speak. It's going to be awesome!
